Ground rules that keep the Pawjobz storefront predictable and fair.
Delivery
- Codes are stored on the server and revealed only after Stripe marks a payment as paid.
- Keep the success page open; it fetches and shows your code immediately after confirmation.
- If the success page does not show a code, contact support with your session id and receipt.
Refunds and replacements
- Refunds are not offered after a code is revealed, except when the delivered code is invalid at delivery time.
- Invalid-at-delivery issues are handled via replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Bans, locks, or losses caused by misuse, sharing, or ToS violations are not covered.
Contact
- Include your Stripe receipt and session id in any support request.
- Policy updates may occur; the version active at purchase time applies to your order.
